BAPTISM PREPARATION

Please note that due to the large number of Baptisms we are almost full for this year!

 

DO YOU WANT TO BECOME A CATHOLIC?

If you are considering becoming a Catholic, or would like a bit of a refresher, then please contact the Parish Office and Register for the 2016-17 “Journey in Faith Course”. The Course will begin on the 15th September at St Thomas Aquinas Church, 7.30 pm-9 pm, and will continue on Thursday evenings until Easter 2017. Regular attendance is essential for those who will be received into the Church at Easter 2017.

“COME AND SEE” MEETING

For parents who would like to enrol their child in the First Holy Communion Programme

This programme is for children living in our parish who are not attending our two parish schools and are currently in Year 3 or above.

Two books are required – one for Reconciliation and one for the Eucharist: both £12. each.

Please bring a copy of your child’s Baptism Certificate when you attend the meeting.

YEAR OF MERCY During this Year of Mercy the

KNIGHTS OF ST. COLUMBA

have had Masses celebrated in various Cathedrals (often celebrated by a Cardinal).

On Sunday 6th November 2016

it is the turn of Westminster Cathedral. There will be Brothers of the KSC from 7 Provinces including Northampton Province 38 which, of course, our Council 579 Bletchley, Milton Keynes, is part of.  Our Cardinal will be the Main Celebrant. The Knights would like to invite all Parishioners to join us on this great occasion.
