And Finally

GOODBYE and FAREWELL

It has been a privilege to serve you over the last eleven years as your parish priest.  It has been a particular joy for me to have been appointed to my home parish, to be able to give back something to the good people who formed me in the faith.  I will always, no matter where I am sent in the future, regard Bletchley as my home parish.  As they say:  ‘you can take the boy out of Bletchley but you cannot take Bletchley out of the boy!’  Be assured of my prayers;  please keep me in yours.

Goodbye and God Bless

Fr Michael.

I knew some day I would have to say goodbye to you but I didn’t know it would be so difficult.  My ministry with you over the last five years helped me a lot.  The people of Bletchley will always stay close to my heart, for no pastor can forget his first parish.  I have learned so much from you and with you all.  Thank you for accepting me as your priest and letting me know you.  You touched my heart and looked after me.

Thank You Very Much

Fr Joseph

May God Bless Us All

Fr Michael
