CALLING IN OF DIARIES”.  Today, after Mass, please see Fr Michael in the Meeting Room, as he will collect your child’s diary and sign that he has received it.  In the days to come he will painstakingly go through every page of every diary in order to establish whether or not it includes sufficient signatures to warrant a Parish Priest’s reference.  I will pass the information to the Schools Admissions Committee of Bishop Parker, St Thomas Aquinas and St Paul’s schools.  If you wish to know the outcome, please staple a stamped self-addressed envelope to the diary.  Also, please ensure that the diary contains your child’s name, address, telephone number/email and photograph.

Next year’s diaries (for school admissions September 2014) will be handed out and the procedure explained at a Parents’ Meeting on Monday, 10th December, 7 pm at St Thomas Aquinas Meeting Room.  Parents please make a note of this date.

May I thank all who help with our diary system throughout the year.  It may be laborious but it is fair.
